Our General Manager basically responsible for everything. Married and has 3 beautiful daughters. Loves to make some nice steaks or other meat on his barbeque and gets excited about kitesurfing around the South Holland beaches.

Our CEO, responsible for maintaining and creating business relationships with new and existing customers. Loves boxing, skiing, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and 2 beautiful kids.
Krisztina Szabó
Site Manager
She is involved in strategic planning, policy, and organizational development, overseeing employee relations and responsible for individual and team coaching. She believes in continuous self-development and learning, both as a person and as a professional. This is her surest key to innovation and survival; the only way she believes, she can drive her family and her teams to success and feel successful herself as well. She loves reading, cycling, going to the beach, and having a lot of fun with her beloved family.
Géza Nagy
Chief Technology Officer
Builder of systems, teams, and the bridges between them. Started out as a Java backend developer and infrastructure tinkerer, now responsible for the company’s technical direction and helping teams turn bold ideas into scalable realities. Still enjoys hacking on tools, automating the boring stuff, and occasionally bending JIRA to his will. Outside of tech? Loves restoring old electronics, DIY projects of questionable complexity, and is still the least experienced Dungeon Master of the office.

Her approach goes beyond coaching—it’s about unlocking potential and creating the most effective team setups based on skills, team success, and overall effectiveness. She is committed to uncover opportunities for process improvement and organizational growth. Outside of work, she recharges by hiking in nature or baking.
